Camps have been a huge part of my life for over 40 years.  The very first camp I attended was for a Special Needs Camp at Sanford Campground when I was 16.  At that time, I was not a church member and actually did not even know that camp was through a church.  The experience led me to more camps, attending church and then baptism.  Camps brought God into my life!

I have been a counselor, assistant director, and director for many camps over the years.  I have worked with all ages.  I am also a retired school teacher with 31 years of teaching experience, predominately in elementary school and special education.  I am a mom of one daughter and a Grammy Tammy to my 1 year old granddaughter.

Camps are so vital to our youth.  The K-2 camp is a wonderful way to expose our littles and parents to the wonders that camping provides!
